Attempt to work around an error with puppetlabs_spec_helper installing forge
modules
Basically, after cloning the git-based fixtures the spec_helper attempts to
install forge modules. Whatever is underneath that call is quite picky about its
environment:
Error: Could not initialize global default settings: non-absolute home
