improve diagnostics
- [x] Add the
`org.jenkinsci.remoting.engine.JnlpAgentEndpointResolver.ignoreJenkinsAgentProtocolsHeader`
property, which disables the cache
- [x] Print warning in the case if the list of supported protocols is empty
- [x] Add documentation

according to the feedback from @stephenc
