Temporarily, don't fail build on findbugs errors
The plugin-compat checks enabled in Jenkinsfile correctly cause findbugs
output when jenkins.version=2.46.1. That shows there have been findbugs
related improvements in jenkins core which the git plugin does not
yet use.
It will need more time to resolve those findbugs complaints with Jenkins
2.46.1. Rather than disrupt the pull request builder and the evaluation
of pull requests for others, this makes the findbugs reports visible,
but does not fail the build.
