  Remove unnecessary URL assignment in JavaScript from download pages

I think it's safe to assume that if somebody's download doesn't start right
away, that JavaScript in general is not working for them. In which case,
assigning the #startDownloadLink URL via JavaScript wouldn't help them

  Remove intermediate redirects from the download page

Otherwise Mac OS X and Windows users hit a redirect page before hitting the
"thank you for downloading" page
