[JENKINS-44366] don't print warning messages if generated artifacts or
attached artifacts don't have a file associated, some maven plugins seem to
behave like this. We keep the log message at a FINER level for troubleshooting
purpose

Merge pull request #57 from jenkinsci/JENKINS-44366
[JENKINS-44366] Don't print warning messages if generated artifacts or attached
artifacts don't have a file associated. Some maven plugins seem to behave like
