You can create a help-*.groovy to make the page dynamic, or you could override Descriptor.getHelpFile to pick a different page.

Neither of those would require an explicit help attribute. But you could provide an explicit help attribute which would point to a different URL of your choice. Sorry but I have no example offhand.
