I am currently learning how to write jenkins plugins in ruby and found the 
'reload rails plugins' a useful feature as i would modify and test code. I 
update the version of jruby (which prob. updated the jems and since then I 
am unable to locate the link, was it deprecated in the latest version or if 
there some other way/switch to enable it when you call jpi server.
