I got my plugin already uploaded here http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081/content/repositories/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/Relution/1.526/ and here https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Jenkins-Relution, but for the final entry in your update center, if I did get it right, I need to have a repository in your jenkins github.
