I can see the released version of the plugin (1.3) shows up here:
- https://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/flow/; AND - https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/FLOW+Plugin However, it doesn't get picked up by the update center JSON.
