Sorry for the delayed response! I didn't get any email notifications on this so I thought no one was interested!
I used Microsoft SQL Server and Powershell I'll post a link to GitHub here in the next week to access all of the scripts to create the tables, and a short guide on how to schedule the jobs. If anyone takes this and ports it to some other technology I'd love to see how it would be done in MySQL or something that could stay local to the Jenkins server.
