BTW I backported bc4c132 to enable plugins using 1.532.3 as a baseline to turn on concurrent tests, which can be significantly faster. (Since f1205fa in 1.535, this has been the default for plugins using a trunk baseline. It is not the default for plugins using an LTS baseline, but they could enable it explicitly.) Feel free to revert if you think this could be problematic, but it seems to be a straightforward harness bug fix.
