https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/ClearCase+UCM+Plugin It says lates release is 1.4.4, which is a lie, because if you click the archive link (nice!) we have quite a few newer releases and the current one is 1.5.4. Another thing, the new capcha introduced is incredibly annoying, since the wiki does not save your edits and picture insertions if you fail to see it correctly, which for me happens often...
