Hi, I would prefer to have such feature w/o any common builders/publishers, but it will require additional extension points in the core (or tricky javascripts). The proposed feature could be useful as well, but IMO the plugin's functionality is too simple for the first release. A support of multiple admin notes with a selector is must have IMO.
The code in GitHub also has invalid resource paths. You should also consider the security of the approach you've selected. Raw HTML without a validator/formatter may cause many issues and security breaches in job configs.
