Hi Tuyen,

EnvFile plugin seems to be a bit legacy (no releases since 2011). The
feature implementation in EnvInject may find more users, because it has 10
times more installations. BTW, it's up to you. EnvFile is much more simple,
so it may be better for the first contributions. The feature may be ported
later.

You may also want to get the ownership of the plugin in order to introduce
more features there. CC'ed Anders (the last plugin maintainer).
