For interesting plugin builds I would also need to able to run both Docker and XVNC, to be able to run selected acceptance tests. I suppose the XVNC plugin is not strictly necessary since you can do the equivalent with an appropriate Docker image and a bit of extra scripting. Is there some document listing what facilities are expected to be available to `Jenkinsfile`s on ci.jenkins.io?
