Hi a user with the id of quanlt has tried to signup. They were directed to https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/User+Account+on+Jenkins - and posted the email to accounts but they are still not activated. How long should this take normally? (is this a new anti spam measure?)
