Hi I'd like to make some changes to lib-jira-api ( https://github.com/jenkinsci/lib-jira-ap) Not sure if there are still maintainers? The library is still using soap-rpc to connect to Jira. I'd like to upgrade it to rest. The goal is to upgrade jira-plugin acceptance-test-harness with a more recent version of Jira Cheers -- Olivier
