Another thing worth mentioning is that I had to make two patches to Moto (and 
by proxy Localstack) to enable proper integration testing of the AWS 
Credentials Provider.

I will be able to open source the provider after the following PRs to Moto are 
merged, and after Localstack bumps its Moto dependency to include them:
