Hi Martin, There has been no meetings since your request. I believe we can use previous GSoC budgeting agreement that we can use money from Google to self-fund the GSoC (JEP-8 <https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/tree/master/jep/8>). If all of us are in agreement that we can use the leftover money, we can proceed before the governance meeting.
