tag in the Jenkins image?

I would like to propose an additional Docker tag in the Jenkins image, but
not based on the images that are mentioned in the blog because in order to
provide the images in a form that enables others to try and reproduce the
measurements I took, I had to modify the Jenkins dockerfile (to prevent
mounting Jenkins home as a volume) as well as use an OpenJ9 nightly build
(as the latest release does not have certain fixes yet).

While what I did was an experiment to look at the potential benefits, on
behalf of the OpenJ9 team we'd be happy to collaborate with you guys to
help you incorporate OpenJ9. Who would we contact for something like this,
and what are the next steps towards potentially towards making that happen?
