Hi all,

We have a scheduled Jenkins weekly release tomorrow, but I do not see a
practical reason to do it:

   - On Wednesday we had a security release:
   https://jenkins.io/changelog/#v2.219 . It was a 3rd release in 6 days
   due to the out of order release on Jan 23 (regression fixes)
   - We have nothing integrated into the master branch so far. Many
   contributors (including me, Daniel Beck, Mark Waite and Tim Jacomb) are at
   FOSDEM this week, and our bandwidth is limited
   - It seems the security release broke one tests for JDK11 in the master
   branch. and extra efforts are needed to fix it and to retrigger builds. Not
   a big deal, but everyone is at FOSDEM

Taking all the factors, I suggest just skipping the weekly and targeting
the next one on Feb 10.
