Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think it's not just the encryption in 
*settings.xml 
*as I can't even use the same credentials to log in to Artifactory 
(although they work for Jira).
I have also tried using both encrypted and unencrypted credentials in my 
*settings.xml* (just to rule out the encryption), and resetting the 
password on *accounts.jenkins.io*.
