I would like to request a transfer of https://github.com/kohsuke/maven-jellydoc-plugin from the kohsuke GitHub organization to the jenkinsci GitHub organization and permissions for both that repository and https://github.com/jenkinsci/maven-stapler-plugin in order to release new versions that are compatible with current Maven APIs. If and when a consensus is reached that we would like to proceed with this plan, I will reach out to Kohsuke to begin the transfer.
