Hello dear contributors! As part of the joint effort to decrease the outbound bandwidth on our Artifactory instance repo.jenkins-ci.org, the infrastructure team will perform a 1 hour brownout today at 14h30 UTC: any Maven central (referenced as "repo1" / "maven-repo1") will be disabled to ensure that any builds (your machines, ci.jenkins.io, GitHub actions, etc.) falls back to the internal Maven "central".
