Hi, You can follow https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/requesting-hosting/ in order to host your plugin
Best way is to start with mvn archetype:generate -B -DarchetypeGroupId=io.jenkins.archetypes -DarchetypeArtifactId=empty-plugin -DhostOnJenkinsGitHub=true -DarchetypeVersion=1.23 -DartifactId=<artifact id> And then implement the extension and tests. It will ensure you have all the require files matching the archetype. If you follow correctly all steps, the plugin can be hosted and released in matter of days on the plugin center.
