Thanks Adrien!

I looked at the Settings/Access page. I could not find "pascal-brand38". 
However, it has disappeared 
from https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/source-code-hosting/ 
in the meantime as well. I don't know who did that clean up. Strange!
