I prepared a tentative second backport branch
<https://github.com/MarkEWaite/jenkins/commits/stable-2.516-backport-2/>
based on two pull requests that I expect to merge before the release of
2.518. Those two pull requests are:

* https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/10791
* https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/10800

I won't submit a backporting pull request for those two items until they
have been merged to the master branch.
