Hi, As we (infra team) are preparing maven 3.9.12 upgrade campaign (cf https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4949), we were wondering if there is a need for a maven 4 pre-release version preview in ci.jenkins.io, to potentially test and experiment this new major version in advance on Jenkins Core and/or plugins.
