Did you also install the analysis-core plug-in? This is required for the
analysis-collector.
Maybe something in Jenkins core class loading has been changed that causes this
issue. I'll try to reproduce on 1.455.
What I don't understand from the log is:

Didn't you say the plugin is not installed? Do you still have a view using the
dashboard view? This might be the reason for the exception message. (And is
unrelated to your problem)
