Unfortunately, I cannot give you an AMI because the user interface won't actually tell me what AMI it is. However, if you go to launch a new instance, it'll eventually ask you for which AMI to use. In that dialog box, select "Ubuntu Server 11.10 64-bit". I should note that Jenkins is working fine for me now, but I have no idea what I did to make it work, if anything at all.
