FindBugs Plugins placed in ~<jenkins-user-home>/.findbugs/plugin are loaded by all FindBugs instances, including (this) Jenkins FindBugs Plugin. Nevertheless, I still promote finding a solution for having a "plugin" folder for FindBugs plugins to be loaded by the Jenkins FindBugs plugin. Maybe -Dfindbugs.home=XXX also plays a role here...
