[JIRA] (JENKINS-13075) Subversion plugin should allow environment variables in the Repository URL

It does not need to be an environment variable. I have 20 projects, all of which are are subordinate to a root repository path. Occasionally I need to change the root from trunk to a branch and build a branch. I can already change the build output location using a configuration parameter to the build file. Unfortunately I have to change the repository URL for all 20 projects, and then change them back when I am finished releasing the branch. What would be even better is if I could build them both at the same time, but I will be happy with the former.
