At the same time command $ scm compare ws workspaceName stream streamName -u ******** -P ******** -r repositoryName -I s -C "|{name}|{email}|" -D "|yyyy-MM-dd-HH:mm:ss|" was working correctly reporting the changes. Workaround: Go back to long term supported release 1.480.1 and RTC-Plugin will probably do its job again, at least ist does here.
