For example if Project A depend on Project B. In project B configuration we state as a Post Build task to trigger build of project A. And in Project A we also state as build trigger to build after Project B success build. Although it's a bad configuration we never noticed it because it was fine until version 1.493 (or earlier since we jump straight from 1.486 to 1.493).
