I tried deploying the application to Tomcat, and it breaks the deployment process. (Frankly, I'm surprised I've gotten this far.) I don't have any hope that anything can be changed with the configuration of Windows, but I was wondering if there were some way to disable whatever it is in Jenkins that's trying to interact with the Windows Location Provider service. Maybe that's something that's critical, and shouldn't be disabled, and it's possible that I'll find something else right after this even if I can find a way around it, but I thought it was worth asking.
