Description:

It's very likely that jobs will become unreferenced, from the Seed job. Since the seed job is "in charge" of these generated jobs we need to take action when this happens. The Seed job currently disables , but it could ignore this case or delete the jobs. We'd need some checkbox or such on the configuration page to determine the behavior.

Sounds sensible. The checkbox sounds like a plan as otherwise our users will get correct, but possibly unexpected behaviour. A good help text on the item should help here too.
