I just created several instances of MSBuild using different compound flags and that seems to be working. I simply drop down the msbuild list for each solution and choose the right one for that particular solution. That should actually make managing the solutions that much easier. Our product has over 30 solutions, so it's easier just to pick from the list knowing what the command flag will be.
I did, however, open a new case regarding this just for posterity. Thanks for fixing this.
