No. I've got the same versions and I can see "Domain Name", "Domain controller", "Site", "Bind DN" and "Bind Password" on the "Configure Global Security" page in the "Security Realm" section with "Active Directory" selected after pressing the "Advanced..." button (which I had to scroll right to find).
