Description:

In JobConfigHistorySaveableListener, an unguarded FINEST level logging statement leads to unnecessary callings of Saveable.toString(), which in case of Fingerprint is quite expensive (Fingerprint creates a new TreeMap instance for each toString call.
Log statements (esp. FINE and lower levels) using abstract arguments (like Saveable) should be guarded (by LOG.isLoggable or using the multi argument LOG.log() methods) in order to prevent potential performance hogs.
