Description:

1) /pluginManager/installed should show all plugins INCLUDING those which failed to load properly.
2) /manage should show a message in red text e.g. "2 plugins failed to load"
Perhaps 1 and/or 2 could hyperlink to the relevant exceptions i.e. to /log/all
In general, it's currently very easy to not notice a plugin load failure.
