Description:

I have a set of test-run jobs that each end up with an HTML report of the test results. Our suite reports a status code according to whether the test run was clean.
We want the job to fail if the suite fails (easy, and working fine)
But was also want the report to wind up in the job's homepage, where right now we have "Latest Successful Artifacts".
This could be done as an option in the job config to choose "Archive Last Artifacts even on failure" or something.
