-Xss does not work because the problem is the number of threads (unable to create new native thread).
The operating system limits the number of threads to 1024. Of course, we could increase that limit. But running multiple thousand threads in parallel with Subversion calls seems not a good idea.
In my opinion, there should be a queue that executes the SVN commands. Just like the SVN configuration for polling option (e.g. max 5 parallel).
