This can be reproduced when running Jenkins not in a root context (for example, running on http://localhost/jenkins/, not on http://localhost/).
Most easy way:

  1. rewrite the parent version in pom.xml to 1.509.
  2. run with hpi:run
  3. access Jenkins (http://localhost:8080/jenkins/)
  4. run job copy builder in a job.
  5. open build status page. The link is dead
