Description: We  are using  used  Jenkins for a long time . We had no  without  problems.

A few days ago, we decided to use maven 3. Therefore I upgraded maven-plugin and jenkins it-self. Since this time we are getting OutOfMemoryExceptions.
I tried a lot of things:
* Upgraded other plugins
* Explicitly set -Xmx250m as MAVEN_OPTS in the Jobs
* Asked our System-Admin to set -Xmx512m for the jenkins-Process itself
* reduced number of kepted builds
But nothing helped.

I Asked the SysAdmin to start Jenkins with -XX:HeapDumpPath=/tmp/jenkinsDump.hprof -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError. This worked. After restarting Jenkins, I started our normal BuildPipeline. It succeeded, but when I clicked in the browser on a job, to view console => OutOfMemory.

I can provide the generated HeapDump, but I cannot attach here, because it has 50 MB. I added some screenshots from
 from  the heapDump and the part of the log with the described problem.

I run out of ideas, what I can do. That's why I open this ticket and ask for help.
