Just wanted to add some feedback.
Originally (in 0.6.19) we wanted to remove the use workspace functionality in favor of using reftrees. The accurev reftree functionality works like workspaces, but doesn't care about modified files in the workspace, and still allows incremental update. The other feature of reftrees is that they are read only, you cannot keep/promote.
However, after reviewing various build cases, there are instances when users need to write files back into source control. The next version of the accurev plugin for jenkins should reinstate workspace functionality.
