You will have the ability to specify a file path (relative from the jobs workspace) to a file which contains the parameters.
The file can be any extension, but must contain only 1 key-value pair per file and sure the equals sign ("=")as the key-pair delimiter (basically, just as it exits in the job-specific one today)
