Could not reproduce in my environment. You should report more details.

How I tried:

  1. Create a free style project "doclinktest"
  2. Add "Publish documents", and add followings:
    • Title: test
    • Description: (none)
    • Directory to archive: .
      • Check "archive recursively"
    • Index file: none
  3. Run a build
  4. The build succeeds.

I tested with Windows8 64bit, JDK 1.7.0_45, Jenkins 1.532.1, Doclinks plugin 0.6.

You should create another ticket for the issue of IRC bot.
