Description:

The perforce plugin has options to use p4web or FishEye as perforce browser to look at change lists. Perforce have product called Swarm which is primarily used to do code reviews but is a decent browser
A particular change list can be viewed as URL:
http://swarm/changes/45104
The history of a file can be viewed at:
http://swarm/files/depot/path/to/file.txt#history
You can't seem to be able to link to the specific diffs of a file for a given commit.
Anyway, would be nice to have the option to have Swarm (from Perforce, not the Jenkins plugin) as a viewer for the changes
