Motonori IWAMURO: Subversion Plugin 2.0 changes how authentication works. I'm pretty sure that dialog is obsolete now, and serves no purpose anymore. Specify credentials on the main job config page.
Unfortunately, the help for Repository URL (SubversionSCM/DescriptorImpl/url-help*.messages) hasn't been updated to no longer link to that page (+it still exists for some reason).
