We were able to solve the problem by ourselfes.

The problem was not directly related to this plugin.
It was a problem with this plugin, used in on a Windows machine:
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Git+Plugin

We followed the directions and especially the part of "Some windows fun".
We had to put the id_rsa and id_rsa.pub in the directory: C:\Program Files(x86)\Git\.ssh
So apparently the credentials to pull from the git repository are not the ones used by this plugin to push to the repository.

Best regards.

Christopher
